Tech Support Inc's HIPAA compliant, Network Operations Center (NOC) and Data Center houses the network infrastructure, management systems, and support staff. Tech Support Inc monitors all mission-critical operations within these fully managed facilities.

Tech Support Inc's, newly constructed Data Center is maintained at high standards for assuring the integrity and functionality of our clients' computer environments. We accomplish this through redundancy of both fiber optic cables and power, which includes emergency backup power generation, clean filtered power supplied through multiple UPS systems, dual-powered cooling and heating systems, guaranteed bandwidth through multiple carriers for redundant pathways, complete fire protection systems, 24x7 taped surveillance, restricted physical access to selected personnel with required escort.

Back-up power capacity has been implemented to provide additional layers of power generation redundancy to ensure uninterrupted power. Emergency battery banks are constantly being charged. Readily available, these batteries will provide approximately 2 hours of emergency power. However, the batteries are only required for emergency power to the facility for 10 seconds while the diesel generator system takes over.
